Minnesota, I officially declare you to be the dumbest motherf*cking state in the union. First you elected Jesse "the Body" Ventura, a professional wrestler, to serve as your governor. That was bad enough. That alone put you in the running for #1 retard state along with California and the Governator. Last night, you absolutely smashed the competition and came a mere 600 votes away from electing Al Franken to the United States Senate! Al F*cking Franken?!? Over 1 million of you voted for Stuart Smalley?!? Jesus H Christ that's some powerful stupid. What's next? Paris Hilton for the House of Representatives? I swear to God, the movie "Idiocracy" was based on your state. Minnesota, as a state, has forfeited its right to vote for any office ever again. From this point forward, you will be considered a territory under the control of the federal government.
